Contact & registration requests
When you send a message or table request, we receive your name, email address, phone number if provided, message, and any table-registration details. Aaron Newcomer uses this information to respond and coordinate show arrangements. The form does not take payment or automatically reserve tables.
Requests are saved in Cloudflare’s database and sent to the organizer’s email inbox. Saved requests are removed from the website database after 90 days once their email notification has been sent. Requests awaiting notification remain saved until resolved. Email correspondence may be retained for show administration.
Do not include payment-card numbers, passport details, or other sensitive documents in the form. To ask about or request deletion of information you submitted, email info@cartridgeshow.com.
Spam protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the forms from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes browser and connection information, including your IP address, to perform security checks. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Form entries are not saved in your browser’s local storage.
Fonts & external websites
Fonts load from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts that service to download them. Links to hotel bookings, maps, social platforms, and other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Hosting
Cloudflare processes connection information and request logs to serve the website and maintain security. The website does not include advertising trackers.
