Arriving by air

St. Louis Lambert International Airport serves the area. Confirm the hotel’s current airport shuttle hours, pickup location, and accessibility arrangements directly with the hotel before you travel.

Admission

General admission is $10 per family for Thursday–Saturday, or free for members of any cartridge collecting organization and their accompanying families. See admission and IAA signup information.

Booking your stay

The show runs March 24–27. Thursday and Friday are the main show days and the recommended days to visit. Wednesday offers public early access during table-holder setup, 2:00–6:00 PM, for an additional $20 per person, including organization members. Saturday remains open to the public but is primarily teardown day. In-room trading takes place on Monday and Tuesday before the ballroom opens.

Please book using the official SLICS room block. Room nights booked at the show rate help us host SLICS at a reasonable cost. Review the dates shown before confirming your reservation.
